All our prices include VAT.

Are there any costs associated with the payment?

No, we do not charge extra costs for this.

What are the payment options at Touwlampshop?

You can easily pay via iDeal, Mister Cash, the VVV gift voucher, PayPal, Giropay and AfterPay.

How do I know if my order has been received correctly?

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with an invoice. It may be that it ended up in your spam box.

What happens to my package when I am not at home?

All our packages are sent by registered mail. This means that you must sign for receipt. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL point. Please note that the package will only be here for 7 days.

Will I receive a track and trace code?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a link where you can track the package.

Can I also pick up my order?

No, you can only have your order delivered.

With which courier will my package be delivered?

All our packages are sent with PostNL.

What is the delivery time?

All our lamps are custom made especially for you. As a result, the delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days. The current delivery time is indicated for all our products. Unfortunately, we cannot take into account possible delays at PostNL.

What are the shipping costs?

We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €15. Do you order an item under €15? Then we charge shipping costs for this. The Netherlands: €7.25, Belgium: €14.75, Germany: €14.75

Which LED lamps are nice to combine?

Combining different LED lamps creates a unique creation. We recommend the st64 model with the g95 model in combination.

What color do the LED lamps emit?

All our light sources are fitted with brown glass. As a result, the lamp will emit a nice warm light.

What should I do if I have received a damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us. We will then repair or replace the item as soon as possible.

Where can I submit a complaint?

We do everything we can to ensure that the ordering process and delivery run as smoothly as possible. If something has gone wrong, you can send an email to: info@touwlampshop.nl.

How do I return an item?

When purchasing online you have the legal right to return an item. After receiving your order you have 14 days to return the product. Unfortunately, custom items cannot be returned. So always contact us before returning an item. Returning an item is at your own expense. The current costs can be found on postnl.nl.

Can I also have the ordered items assembled by you?

Unfortunately we cannot help you with this, we do not have an assembly service. Can't figure it out? We are happy to help you by phone to help with the installation. You can reach us on +0031 10 304 6031.

Is there a warranty on the light sources?

We guarantee that the lamp works on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot give a guarantee on the lifespan as this depends on many factors. It may therefore be advisable to purchase a spare lamp to save on shipping costs.

Is there a warranty on the rope lamps?

Yes, we give a standard 1 year (factory) warranty on our lamps. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

Are the lamps dimmable?

Yes, all lamps are suitable for dimming. For this you need to connect an LED dimmer to the lamp. This in combination with dimmable LED lamps.

What is the black button on the fitting for?

This is an on/off switch. This allows you to switch each fitting individually.
